We’re proud to carry Luv AJ, the cult-favorite jewelry brand founded by designer Amanda Thomas.

What began as an after-school hobby at just 14 years old quickly evolved into a full-fledged business by Amanda’s senior year of high school. After a chance meeting with a buyer at Fred Segal, her entire collection was picked up for their stores — and Luv AJ was officially born.

Amanda (whose nickname is AJ) named the brand after the way she used to sign everything: “Luv Aj.” After graduating from Otis College of Art and Design with a BFA in Graphic Design, she gained valuable experience interning with fashion designer Rachel Pally, celebrity stylist Cristina Ehrlich, and fashion publication Who What Wear — experiences that helped shape the bold, fashion-forward aesthetic the brand is known for today.

Since launching 18 years ago, Luv AJ has been spotted on style icons like Bella Hadid, Hailey Bieber, Kylie Jenner, and Kendall Jenner, and is carried by major retailers including Revolve, Shopbop, ASOS, and Nordstrom. In 2015, Amanda was recognized on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for her work as a jewelry designer.
