Refund policy

We’re a small, locally-owned boutique, and part of what makes shopping with us special is that we bring in fresh new pieces almost daily. Our customers love discovering unique styles, so we focus on offering a wide variety of curated finds—not large quantities of the same item. Because of this, our inventory moves quickly, with most pieces turning over in about 14 days.

We'll gladly Exchange to a 75 Gift Card/Store Credit only unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise with original tags attached.

Simply, request a return label within 14 days after receiving your item to start an exchange. You can start a return using this link. 

  • Return for "75 Store Credit": Use the link above to request a shipping label. Once the product is delivered to our store, please allow for 2 business days for processing. You will be emailed your refund in the form of a gift card. The gift card will not expire.

  • You may exchange your item in person within 14 days after purchase date or receive a 75 Gift Card that will not expire.  No exceptions.

Please note FINAL SALE ITEMS:

All items purchased with a discount code, discount, or marked down from the original price are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Accessories, purses, intimates, silks, and shoes/boots are also FINAL SALE

We want you to love every piece you take home, but if something’s not quite right, we offer exchanges on full-priced items only.

To be eligible for exchange, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Tags must be attached
• Items must be returned within 14 days—either from the purchase date for in-store orders, or from the delivery date for online orders shipped via our 75 Degrees and Fuzzy carrier.
